Alligator

We now book a limited number of rifle hunts for trophy American alligators during the months of April, May, and June. These hunts are up to three days of free ranging spot and stalk style adventures. A typical hunt will be a daytime airboat ride to the hunting area. You can expect to have the opportunity to take an alligator ranging from 9 feet and up. Our three year average is over 11' with our largest being ranked in the top ten by SCI! The hunt is $3000 with a 50% deposit required to book.

Bowfishing for Trophy Alligator Gar

This trip is up to 3 days of bowfihing the Trinity River for trophy alligator gar over 6 feet! We will fish from our sturdy airboat primarily during daylight hours. You can expect several opportunities at fish over 6 ft. Our three year average is over 6'6"! Our largest is the longest gar ever officially recorded at over 8'3"! This adventure is $2500 with a 50% deposit required to book. Spring is typically best.

 

Rod and Reel Alligator Gar Trips

We started offering r&r trips to the public last year with HUGE sucess! You might have seen us on the VERSUS Ch with Johnny Morris of Bass Pro and Bill Dance! These trips are booked June through September. You may expect to hook up multiple fish over 100lb per day! You may keep one fish and catch and release after that.  We AVERAGED hooking up 10 fish over 100lb per day last year with MANY over 200lb!!!!!!!  All equipment is provided unless you prefer to use your own. On this trip, we will fish a group of up to 3 people for $750 per day. Consecutive days are still available for this year if you book soon. A 50% deposit is required to book.
